1) There is a tool line introduced here. The first few levels are without tools as when you first start EverWinter resources are extremely hard to come by.
2) Many attack patterns also now contain a sacrifice row to clear tower tools, so make the cheapest/fastest attacker/defender you can to use as a sacrifice unit.

* I stopped writing down resources and gold after level 25 whenaGoodGame reset messed up all my numbers, then I started writing them down again at level 30.
*Starting level 31, GG introduced the equipment-for-commanders feature, so your results can vary based on that. *Since my resources were totally maxed by this level and I could not build fast enough to use them, I stopped sending max men and only sent enough to get the job done for the coins. If you need resources still, send more men on additional waves.
